कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन।

Bhagavad Gita · ii · 47

कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन।
मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भूर्मा ते सङ्गोऽस्त्वकर्मणि॥

“You have a right to your labour, never to its fruits. Let not the fruits be your motive; nor let your attachment be to inaction.”

spoken by Śrī Kṛṣṇa to Arjuna · Kurukṣetra

Chapter II · A Tour

Bound like a book. Carried like a mantra.

Three rooms — a quiet chamber for asking, a reading room for the verses themselves, and a hall where today's questions are met with yesterday's answers.

श्री कृष्ण से बात
मेरे मन में अशांति है, क्या करूँ?
◆ Gita · ii · 47
कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते...
तुम कर्म पर ध्यान दो, फल पर नहीं। मन अपने आप शांत होगा।
अपना प्रश्न लिखें...

Plate iii. The Quiet Chamber

Chapter III · The Practice

The app is laid out the way a manuscript is laid out — with chapter heads, marginalia, and a steady rhythm meant to be returned to.

An Invitation

Become a Gita Pracharak.

गीता के प्रचारक बनें।

The Pracharak Program is a quiet partnership for those who carry the Gita into their families, sanghs, and neighbourhoods. Bring in five or more annual memberships at the special bulk rate, and a part returns to you — so the work of spreading the verses is also work that sustains you.

This is not a referral scheme. It is a calling for those who feel the Gita deserves to reach further than they alone can carry it.

Chapter VII · Reader Voices

What the readers are saying.

I'd carried the Gita on the shelf for years. Now I carry it in my pocket and it answers me back.

My mother reads in Tamil, I read in English. We meet at the same shloka. Something has settled between us.

रोज़ सुबह एक श्लोक आता है, और मैं उसी को लेकर पूरा दिन चलती हूँ।

The reading discipline — ticking each section as read — slowed me down in the best way. I no longer race through.

Chapter VIII · Questions

Questions
that arrive.

Eight that arrive most often. If yours is not here, write in — we read every letter.

  1. 01Is the app free?

Yes. Every shloka, every translation, and the chat with Krishna Ji are available freely. The Pilgrim membership simply removes the brief sponsor messages between chapters and helps fund the daily verse for everyone else.

  2. 02How is this different from reading the Gita online?

Three things. First, the reading discipline — each section is ticked as you read it, so you cannot skim a verse. Second, the conversation — you can ask Krishna Ji a question and receive a reply rooted in a specific shloka. Third, the daily verse — a single line arrives each morning to anchor your day.

  3. 03Are the translations trustworthy?

The Hindi master text is hand-curated. Translations into the other twenty languages are produced with Gemini's translation model, then reviewed for tone, register, and reverence before release. We update them whenever a reader flags a phrase that could be improved.

  4. 04Does Krishna Ji's reply use AI?

Yes. The replies are generated by a language model that is constrained to Gita-rooted answers — every response includes the specific chapter and verse it grew from, so you can read the original yourself.

  5. 05Is my conversation private?

Your conversations are stored privately under your account and used only to give you continuity across sessions. We do not sell them, and we do not use them to train any third-party model.

  6. 06Will there be an iOS version?

An iOS release is planned after the Android launch settles. Join the daily verse on Android in the meantime, or write in if you would like to be notified directly.
